The Oceanographic

The Oceanographic is the largest of its kind in Europe, head here for a great educational day out with the kids.

They have the perfect range of aquatic life here from penguins, dolphins, sea lions, walruses and beluga whales, as well as tropical birds and reptiles.

The dolphin arena and shows feel so intimate it really is magical, especially for the kids of course. The beluga whales and prehistoric coconut crab are a personal highlight.

Like the Bioparc, the conditions appear to be the best possible, the sea mammals do seem happy and well looked after and the aquariums are filled with sea water originating from the Malva-Rosa beach just outside of the city.

If you plan to visit here more than once in the year, the annual pass is definitely worth it.

Enjoy!
